Temppeliaukio Church  is a Lutheran church in the Töölö neighborhood . Built directly into solid rock, it is also known as the Church of the Rock.

One of Helsinki's landmarks, the monument to honour national composer Jean Sibelius (1865-1957) was the result of a public fundraising campaign. Its silvery pipes through which the air passes reflect the change of season and light, echoing birds' song, sighing in the sea breeze and resonating furiously during a storm. People walk below it, place their heads to the tubes.

I have known this city very little time, but the enormous amount of green spaces where to run, its pure and fresh air, the cleanliness of its streets and the kindness of the few people with whom I have spoken should be the example of many cosmopolitan cities. Finland, I will come back to know your wild nature!

Kainuun rönttönen is a small, round, rye-crust, open pie filled with cooked mashed potatoes, rye flour and lingonberries. The filling is a sweet-tasting, reddish-brown mixture of mashed potatoes and lingonberries, glazed with melted butter
